The beach
Guarded, gentle and two minutes away. Every Shorebreak address sits on or beside the beach block, so wagons, boards and small feet make it to the sand before the sunscreen dries.
The boardwalk
Two and a half miles of salt air mornings. Bicycles before ten, boardwalk fare after dark, the Ferris wheel glowing over the pier. It all begins about two blocks from your door.
The pools
The delightfully warm pool at Impala Island Inn is the family meeting point, and Impala Suites keeps a second pool reserved solely for its residences.
Suite living
Full kitchens, private balconies and three bedroom layouts. Suites that live like beach houses, with the comfort of daily housekeeping. Coffee at home, horizon included.

Since 1960, our family has kept these four small addresses the old way: the pool warm, the rooms immaculate, and the front desk staffed by people who remember your name. We are not a chain, and we never wanted to be one. We are the place your grandparents found first.
